Lucas gets candid about working with legendary Queen producer Roy Thomas Baker, his creative philosophy, and how the band has managed to keep things raw and real through the ups and downs.

With an upcoming documentary aiming to revive the midnight movie culture, Local H is still pushing boundaries. In the interview live from Aftershock Festival in Sacramento, Lucas reflects on how his music is an honest snapshot of his life, and why he’s proud to have always done things his way. As he puts it, “I didn’t waste my life doing something that I didn’t enjoy or believe in.”
