Kirk Hammett’s guitar collection is the subject of a new luxury coffee table book by Gibson Publishing.
The book looks at Hammett’s journey with guitars, including his first Gibson Flying V purchased while working at Burger King.
The book will feature Hammett’s legendary acquisition of “Greeny,” Peter Green’s famous 1959 Les Paul, and other rare Gibson guitars.
The book will also showcase guitars used by Hammett to write iconic Metallica riffs and solos from albums like “Kill ‘Em All” and “Ride The Lightning,” offering fans a chance to see the instruments behind their favorite Metallica tracks.
