Former Guns N’ Roses drummer Matt Sorum says he turned down an invite to reunite with the band on stage.
He told the Legends: Podcast he wasn’t interested in a guest spot: “They invited me to come play, and I declined. I didn’t think it made sense to go play — what? — two songs and then do what? I mean, I play music. I play with musicians.”
Sorum says he still hasn’t seen GN’R live since they reunited in 2015.
He currently plays in Billy Gibbons’ solo band and as part of The Hollywood Vampires with Alice Cooper and Johnny Depp.
