David Gilmour stopped by The Tonight Show last night to perform his recent song, “Dark and Velvet Nights.”
The musician was joined by house band the Roots, as well as four backup singers, for the performance.
“Dark and Velvet Nights” is from Gilmour’s new LP, Luck and Strange, which dropped in September.
The album marks Gilmour’s first new solo album in nearly a decade.
Gilmour is currently on tour in support of “Luck and Strange.”
He is scheduled to perform two more nights at Madison Square Garden in New York City this weekend.
