Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor is excited to work on new music with the band’s new drummer, Eloy Casagrande.
He told Alternative Press that Casagrande is “a natural writer” who can “take us to some places we haven’t been in a while.”
We might not hear that new music for a while – percussionist Shawn ‘Clown’ Crahan says the writing sessions won’t happen until “Somewhere between 2025 and mid-2026”.
Casagrande was unveiled as Slipknot’s new drummer earlier this year, after previously playing with Sepultura.
