Nikki Sixx has stopped listening to music.
A fan asked the Mötley Crüe bassist on X what artist he listens to most these days.
Sixx responded by teasing new music explaining, “When I’m writing, I don’t listen to other music. I don’t want it to creep into my creativity. Make sense?”
Mötley Crüe released their newest single, ‘Dogs of War,’ in April and announced two more singles lined up for release in the coming months.
Although Sixx previously ruled out the possibility of a new full-length album in the near future, he made it clear that the band would continue getting into the studio to create music.
