Jack Russell, the former frontman of Great White, is no longer with us.
The news came from the Instagram page for Jack Russell’s Great White, which is the band name the singer toured under after the group disbanded in 2001.
The announcement says, “With tremendous sadness, we announce the loss of our beloved Jack Patrick Russell, father, husband, cousin, uncle, and friend.”
The singer reportedly “passed peacefully” surrounded by his wife, son and other family and friends.
The family is asking for privacy and shared that details of a public memorial will be announced at a later date.
