Members of Journey are suing each other.
The latest legal issue for America’s most litigious band involves keyboardist Jonathan Cain suing guitarist Neal Schon over his alleged spending habits.
Cain claims Schon maxed out an American Express credit account with a $1 million limit, by spending “up to $10,000 per night”.
His lawyers claim the issue has created cash flow problems that post a “severe threat” to Journey’s touring operations.
