For the second consecutive week, the 49ers will be without one of their top three receivers.

Brandon Aiyuk missed last Thursday due to a shoulder injury, and both Deebo Samuel (rib, knee) and Jauan Jennings (shin) came into Sunday’s contest with injury designations. Samuel missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday and was listed as questionable, while Jennings failed to participate and was listed as doubtful.

Samuel will play, but Jennings will be out. Also out on offense is running back Elijah Mitchell, who banged his knee in practice on Thursday. Here’s the full list of 49ers inactives:

  • WR Jauan Jennings
  • RB Elijah Mitchell
  • OL Nick Zakelj
  • CB Anthony Brown
  • DL Kalia Davis
  • QB Brandon Allen
  • LB Dee Winters

That means another increase in workload for Ray-Ray McCloud and rookie Ronnie Bell, who caught his first career touchdown pass last week. Veteran Willie Snead IV was also activated from the practice squad and will likely be used similar to Chris Conley last week, in blocking-heavy assignments.

For the Cardinals, their inactives are below:

Ilm Manning was one of two players the Cardinals picked up from the 49ers after roster cuts, along with fellow offensive lineman Keith Ismael.
