Ozzy Osbourne will be undergoing a fourth surgery to repair his ailing spine. The 74-year-old singer gave a health update in the first episode of the newly-rebooted The Osbournes podcast.

“All I know is right now, I’m in a lot of pain, I’m in a lot of discomfort,” Ozzy said. However he is still hoping to return to the stage in the future.

Osbourne recently had to drop out of Power Trip festival due to health issues and is “heartbroken” about the decision. The Black Sabbath frontman was set to perform at the California event this October with Metallica, AC/DC, and Guns N’ Roses, but a statement in July explained that he was not ready to perform due to his health issues.

Sharon and Kelly Osbourne are now revealing that’s he struggled with the decision ever since.

Kelly said, “We can’t talk about it in the house because it is just so heartbreaking to see that all he wants is just one more show. He could do it right now if he sat in a chair. He said that if he can’t give his fans what they paid to see, he won’t do it.”

Sharon added, “And Ozzy wants to be on that show with all his friends. It’s heartbreaking for him to see everybody going on, and he’s just left behind.”

Judas Priest are now scheduled to take Osbourne’s place at Power Trip on Saturday, October 7th.
