Just a few days after going on the market, Lisa Marie Presley‘s home sold in record time, with a new buyer currently in escrow.

Lisa’s Calabasas home, where she briefly resided before dying away earlier this year, is presently in escrow, according to celebrity realtors Robb and Nikki Friedman. This is unusual considering they advertised the property on Friday.

The Friedmans claim that they received top money for the property considering that it was originally advertised for $4,679,000.

Lisa had been renting the property since 2020 and intended to purchase it herself before passing away. The Friedmans made some repairs after she passed away, and it appears that their efforts and financial commitment were worthwhile.

It’s a lovely pad with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and all the luxurious amenities. The interior features a wine cellar, a pool, a home cinema, and stunning mountain vistas.
