Here is an unexpected feud in rock, if you can call it a feud: Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam and Motley Crue’s Nikki Sixx.
Vedder recently shared in an interview that he used to load gear in the ’80s for bands that he “despised” singling out Motley Crue.
Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx wrote on Twitter, “Made me laugh today reading how much the singer in Pearl Jam hated @MotleyCrue. Now considering that they’re one of the most boring bands in history it’s kind of a compliment isn’t it?”
Sixx added, “Your not allowed to diss my band and our 40 year history and not get a little smack back. All good. More focused on us playing stadiums right now. Moving on.”
Do you think rock stars should be careful about who they talk about in interviews? Are you a bigger fan of Pearl Jam or Motley Crue?
