Charles Koppelman — who signed Prince when he was head of EMI and released the musician’s 1996 triple-album, “Emancipation” — has been appointed with L. Londell McMillan, Prince’s longtime lawyer and manager, to handle Prince’s entertainment assets.
“We’re going to be having a good time,” Koppelman told me. “There is so much to be done with this estate. There are vaults full of music.”
